Online/ Remote Counselling

£40.00 per 50 minutes

Our online counselling sessions allow you to get the help you need from a beneficial point of view in removing geographical barriers to accessing a service, increases access to those who have limited mobility, which offers enhanced convenience, allowing sessions to be held anywhere with an internet connection and confidential space, whilst saving time of travel and

costs. We believe to talk about things that are most personal to you, you need to feel comfortable from the very beginning.

Face – to – Face Counselling

£55.00 per 50 minutes

Face to face sessions help create a safe, and comfortable space. The benefits of face to face counselling include a stronger personal connection with your counsellor due to the shared physical space, improved non-verbal communication (body language, facial expressions) and a distraction free environment away from home and the ability to provide immediate support, and safety in crisis situations. In person counselling eliminates the potential technological glitches that can disrupt online sessions. We believe in personal counselling allows the counsellor a more holistic view of the clients situation, leading to a more tailored and effective therapeutic journey.
